RN Responsibilities:

Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care developed by Nurse Case Manager and Physician and within scope of state’s nurse practice actMonitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changesProvide services requiring specialized nursing skillAssure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws

RN Requirements:

Current unrestricted RN license in KSReliable car/auto insuranceValid Driver's LicenseNegative TB test within last yearClean background and criminal recordUnderstands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulationsAdhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
