As a Private Equity Analyst, you will work closely with our senior deal professionals at every stage of the investment process. You will play an integral role in sourcing deals, executing transactions, managing the portfolio, and supporting corporate development. You will quickly gain valuable experience as you develop robust financial models, network with industry entrepreneurs, and evaluate potential investments in new industries. Deal sourcing, deal execution, and on-going portfolio managementAssisting in due diligence for potential new investments, including market research and analysis of industry trends, financial modeling, and valuationDeveloping detailed financial models for financings and liquidity eventsAnalyzing operational forecasts and budgets for active and potential investmentsDeveloping presentation materials for the firm and its portfolio companiesTracking industry statistics and maintaining quarterly and semi-annual internal databasesSupporting new acquisitions post-investmentWhat we're looking for
