The ideal candidate will have a foundation in property operations, construction, and financial performance with an emphasis on multifamily assets. You will collaborate with our operating partners, internal team, borrowers, sponsors, clients, contractors, attorneys, title companies, architects, brokers, appraisers, and other deal-related parties. **What You'll Do:** + Provide direct support to the Asset Managers for Private Equity portfolio. + Prepare well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and proforma projections for each investment to improve long term value. + Complete performance reports to investors on a quarterly basis and present results directly to the client. + Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance. + Loan compliance and hedging risk based on property’s performance + Site Visits/ Travel – 20% + Special projects as needed. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. + Complete understanding of time value of money concepts and key financial metrics is a must. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills in reviewing financial statements and ability to recognize risk through evaluation of operating trends. + Experience with multifamily operations a plus. General commercial real estate underwriting capabilities, extensive MS Excel experience building and maintaining cash flow models. + Experience tracking construction projects for capital providers is a plus. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage and effectively prioritize numerous complex transactions and issues. + Previous work experience in commercial real estate with focus on cash flow modeling, construction administration, valuation and / or servicing. + 3+ years of in-depth financial analyst experience in commercial real estate with a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Master’s degree in a related field preferred. + Ability to read, analyze and interpret loan documents, joint venture documents, and industry reports. + Ability to prepare clear, concise, complete, and compelling transactional presentations, reports, and business correspondence. + Proficient in comment Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Experience with Argus preferred. + Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
