A leading corporate law team is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of private investment fund formation experience to join its practice. This role focuses on advising fund sponsors and investors in structuring and executing investment fund transactions.

  Position Responsibilities: Represent fund sponsors and investors in private investment fund formations Handle fund structuring, sponsor-level transactions, and secondary transactions Advise on general partner and management company structures Negotiate and draft agreements related to limited partner and portfolio company interests   Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in private investment fund formation at a corporate law firm Strong understanding of fund structuring, sponsor transactions, and LP investments Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills High-level academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school   Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($260,000 - $365,000) based on experience and location Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Generous paid time off, parental leave, and professional development opportunities
