Consisting of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our sales consultants arrange private jet charters for everything and anything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.

Job Description

The purpose of this placement position is to assist the brokers in our Private Jets division during their busiest period of the year, the summer!

You will be responsible for assisting with ad-hoc administration and tasks all whilst learning first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off without a hitch. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Assisting brokers with their portfolio of clientsDeveloping an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering processMaking outbound calls to clientsAssisting charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight reportFlight watching/overseeing flight departuresAd hoc administration tasks

QualificationsInterest in sales and / or aviation - highly desiredPrevious experience working in a customer facing role – desiredHardworking and flexibleExceptional communication skills, fluency in a second language is an advantageExcellent problem solvingStrong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressureMUST live within 45 minutes commute of our Surbiton HQDriver’s License desirable

Summer Programme Details:

Programme starts in June until SeptemberWorking hours are varied and include Weekends, shifts will be allocated on a rota basis.The shift patterns are: 7:30 – 15:00, 9:00 – 17:30, 12:00 – 20:00 (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)Training provided on siteOffice based role based in our Surbiton HQ
