Job Description:
The position is for the Duckworth Haggerty Group. This job is responsible for providing client service support to potentially multiple Financial Advisors (FAs). Key responsibilities include supporting enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy within the FA's business, while customizing solutions based on their specific needs. Job expectations include serving as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill to address all service needs of their clients.

Responsibilities:

Provides excellent Client Service to the bank's clients through educating them on all of the bank's service and banking offeringsEnsures timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follows up on all client and Financial Advisor (FA) requestsAssists with ensuring practices are in alignment with the bank's policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect the bank's clients, and manage riskIdentifies, deepens, and maintains client relationships through emphasizing the bank's offerings and promoting incorporation of banking into day-to-day practices, while communicating outputs to the FASupports day-to-day team activities and needs including covering roles in times of absence or seasonal need increases, while leading with a client first mindsetMaintains and enhances relationships with existing clientsPromotes client retention and satisfaction through frequent proactive client contact and engagementPerforms routine and complex account-related activitiesProvides day to day resolution of client service requests and the execution of complex and/or escalated requestsReviews, resolves and or escalates client service related issuesIdentify and manage the client onboarding operational processSchedule and prepare materials for client meetingsAttend client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations, capture notes and follow up in Salesforce, and track all actions/activities to ensure highest level of client serviceLeverage financial data to identify possible solutions to meet client needs and goalsDocument client interactions and provide team with time sensitive updatesMonitor and report on client satisfaction and manage the resolution of client escalationsEngage specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutionsAssist the planning process through execution of extensive data gathering, analyzing, and data input with the end goal of creating a robust financial plan for Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) to share with clients.
