Position Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Privileged Access Automation Engineer to join our dynamic IT security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing privileged access management (PAM) solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our enterprise systems. This role involves automating and streamlining access controls to enhance security measures, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying the right mix of tools and techniques to enable application and infrastructure teams to use automation for secrets managementCollaborate across teams including product management, peer engineering teams, operations, and leadership to build automated workflows that improve customer experience. Apply expertise to perform discovery and analysis, architecture design, solution design, plan solution implementations, and apply best practices to mature CyberArk capabilitiesPerform installation and configuration of required CyberArk platform components including supporting enterprise on-boarding, credential discovery, and analysisHelp build and maintain operational dashboards that track key OKR and KPI targets to include historical tracking and alertingUnderstand privileged access process workflow to help identify automation opportunities improve customer experience and response times

 Critical Requirements

Minimum of 3-5+ years CyberArk administration experience5+ years professional experience as a Windows administratorHands-on experience in implementation and integration of CyberArk API’s and modules to various downstream components3+ years proven proficiency automating manual operational tasks or system integrations using scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or other  

Additional skills

Skilled in Active Directory concepts, including users, computer objects, groups, and policiesProficient knowledge and understanding of key principals of IAM such as multi-factor authentication, identity lifecycle management, Zero Trust and other security principals or frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF and 800-63)Experience with Conjur is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work Independently and as part of a teamExperience working in an Agile environment (Scrum)

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$118,100 - $196,900
