A role with Target In-Store Marketing means an opportunity to shape our guests’ holistic experience of our marketing content inside our stores. You’ll drive the success of both forward-thinking projects and best practices that have a global impact on In-Store Marketing’s activities. Bring your exceptional skills for prioritization to allocate and manage projects to meet budget and timing parameters. Here, you’ll balance efficiency with effectiveness as you oversee the production and logistics for all In-Store Marketing deliverables.
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**
As a Project Management Analyst you will help shape one of the world's strongest brands by enhancing guest experience. You will execute In-store marketing strategies and bring campaigns to life, solidify guest loyalty and ultimately drive sales. You'll partner with internal and external teams to deliver on our Expect More. Pay Less brand promise.
We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development to help you grow as a strong subject matter expert.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ You will set up, manage and execute strategies and in store marketing projects which positively impact Guest experience that increases brand awareness for the assigned business area(s)
+ Pro-actively drive and manage the project plan, adhere to timing and action and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of cross-functional team milestones
+ Be the single point of contact and drive global partnership for the assigned business area(s)
+ Partner with cross functional teams to derive estimated project budgets and take actions to meet financial goals
+ Review business metrics and strive for continuous improvement for operational excellence
+ Understand end-to-end business and impact of each function in the process, both upstream and downstream
+ Work on process improvements and strategic initiatives by identifying existing issues and deep diving at the root cause level
+ Problem solve and promote sharing of expertise and continuous learning
+ Follow defined best practices and deliver to quality and accuracy for respective business area(s)
**REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS**
Reports to Sr. Manager
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Graduate in any stream
+ 3 to 5 yrs. experience in retail/marketing operations
+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Smartsheet
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
+ Detail-oriented & demonstrates organizational & analytical skills
+ Demonstrated leadership, multi-tasking and decision-making skills
+ Self-starter, curious and thrives on learning new capabilities
+ Excellent communicator – ability to present to large groups of people, manage cross functional projects and strong organization skills
+ Positive attitude
+ Willing to engage in calls with onsite team in the evenings/night
**DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Prior retail/e-commerce experience
