About the Position:

Skin Clique is dedicated to empowering healthcare providers through exceptional training and support. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dermal Filler Clinical Trainer to join our Dermal Filler Training Team on a PRN basis. This role focuses on enhancing providers' clinical skills and confidence in delivering dermal filler treatments, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety. 

As a key contributor to our training programs, you will collaborate with the Provider Engagement Manager and the broader Core Team to provide high-quality education tailored to varying experience levels. This position emphasizes technical expertise, communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive dermal filler training to healthcare providers in both group and individual settings, using on- and off-label techniques.  Conduct on-site training sessions, ensuring participants gain confidence and competence in their skills.  Support development and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, hands-on practice guides, and educational resources.  Provide feedback and coaching to attendees during and after training sessions.  Evaluate training effectiveness by observing outcomes, collecting feedback, and recommending improvements.  Collaborate with the Training Team and Provider Value Team to identify areas of opportunity for individual providers and provide tailored support.  Maintain records of completed training sessions and evaluations.  Attend Trainer meetings, company-wide meetings, and other relevant events, including the Skin Clique Annual Conference.
