Physio in Atlanta, GA is currently seeking a PRN Injury Prevention Specialists for onsite Industrial work near Hartsfield airport. We are currently seeking a PRN Athletic trainer (ATC), Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Exercise Physiologist, or Kinesiologist for Onsite Industrial Prevention services including First aid, Early symptom intervention, New Hire Ergonomic training, Wellness education etc.

 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $25-$27/hr (based on professional certifications)

 

Schedule: PRN, variety of shifts (morning, day, evening, Monday-Friday 7-7 pm)

Responsibilities On-site coverage for industrial client under the direction of Account/Program ManagerDelivery of full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services at assigned location. Prevention Services include:Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfortErgonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutionsDesign and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settingsProviding education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topicsOffice ergonomicsHealth and wellness consultationDocumentation and reporting on employee encountersRegular communication with both client and Select leadership Qualifications BS Degree REQUIREDNational Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of CertificationEligible for state licenseMinimum one year experience, industrial setting experience a plusCardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificationExcellent written and oral communication skillsPosition requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions Additional Data
