Position Purpose:
The Pro Senior Platform Administrator is responsible for leading the management and maintenance of the day-to-day operations of Salesforce within the Home Depot Pro organization. The Pro Senior Platform Administrator ensures that Salesforce is configured, customized, and optimized to meet specific needs and objectives of the Pro business by collaborating closely with various stakeholders. In addition, the Pro Senior Platform Administrator will mentor and support Pro Platform Administrators, lead implementation efforts, and maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow, and reporting.

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a proven track record of handling complex projects and configurationsWorking knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudDeep understanding of Salesforce configuration tools including (but not limited to): apps, custom fields, record types, dynamic layouts, flow, approval processes, custom settings, omni-channel, dashboards and reportsUnderstanding of when to use Salesforce configuration versus code-based solutions (triggers/Apex)Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java and Apex preferredCertified Salesforce Administrator (or other relevant Salesforce certifications) preferredDevOps and release management experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteWorking knowledge of TableauDemonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skills including technical documentationMinimum Education:
