Probeエリアに要求されるキャパシティ、品質、コストを実現するために新規装置導入、リスク評価、装置リリースを行い、さらに装置起因の歩留まり低下改善やコスト削減、キャパシティ改善、装置レシピの最適化など継続的な改善活動を取り組む責任を負います。また、装置の最大効率化や品質向上のために要因を分析し関連部門と連携を取り協力し改善を進める。

本業務を通じ、装置の管理・改善やプロジェクト管理に関する技術スキルを高め、またベンダーやGlobalな組織とのエンゲージメントやネットワークの強化に取り組んでいただくことが出来ます。

職務内容

必要な安全教育をすべて完了し、Micronの安全方針に従ってすべての作業を実施する新規Probe装置の導入・立ち上げ・リリースまでのプロセス。Probe装置レシピのセットアップと最適化問題点の洗い出し稼働と品質の改善を関係者と協力し遂行すること。ベンダーとの継続的改善活動を促進すること。コスト削減活動の提案と実行各種データの収集からRPAやTableauを利用して、各種Metrics管理、Report作成の自動化を推進し、関係部門の業務効率化を進めること。要求された期限内にプロジェクト完了/成果物を提供するためプロジェクトへ参加すること/プロジェクトを管理すること。Micronネットワークと定期的なレビューを通じてベストインクラスへの到達を促進すること

要件:(全て満たしている必要は無い)

分析に基づく問題解決スキルを持っている。チーム内外の関係者と適切なコミュニケーションがとれ、連携した業務の遂行が出来る。テクニカルな話題を理解、発表、教育、開発を行う能力がある。各種プログラミングスキル、データベースに関する基本的な理解。Digital skill (Script、RPA、Tableau)作成の基本的な理解。時間管理、マルチタスク能力を持ち合わせている。Microsoft Office(Excel/Word/Power point)スキルを有する。英語による基本的なコミュニケーションスキルを有する(高校卒業程度)。

 学歴・経験

エンジニア関連分野での学士号または同等の経験。

To achieve the required capacity, quality, and cost in the probe area, you are responsible for new equipment introduction, risk assessment, and equipment release, as well as continuous improvement activities such as yield loss improvement, cost reduction, capacity improvement, and equipment recipe optimization. In addition, you will analyze factors and collaborate with related departments to promote maximum efficiency and improve equipment quality.

Through this role, you will enhance your technical skills in equipment management and improvement, project management, and strengthen your engagement and network with vendors and global organizations.

Job Details

Finish the required safety training and perform all work in accordance with Micron's safety policies.Process of installing, launching, and releasing new probe equipment.Probe equipment recipe setup and optimization.Cooperate with partners to identify problems and improve operation and quality.Facilitate continuous improvement activities with vendors.Propose and implement cost reduction activities.Use RPA and Tableau to collect various types of data and automate various types of metrics management and report creation to improve operational efficiency of related departments.Participate in/manage the project to complete the project/provide deliverables within the required timeframe.Facilitate Best-in-Class reach through Micron network and periodic reviews.

Qualifications (not necessary to meet all):

Have analytical based problem-solving skills.Able to communicate appropriately and work collaboratively with all parties both inside and outside the team.Ability to understand, present, educate and develop technical topics.Basic understanding of databases and programming skill.Basic understanding of digital skill (script, RPA, and Tableau creation).Time management and multi-tasking skills.Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power point) skills.Basic communication skills in English (high school level).

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering related field or equivalent experience
