Job title: Problem Manager Grade:9 Location: Belgrade, Serbia Mon-Fri coverage. Needed to bridge ITX and NCRV PM process. Direct communication with SMO and COL on PM. PBI management and documentation update. Workaround effectiveness and compliance analytics. Directly contact for ITX and COL expert tech resources for technical matters. Field dispatch analytics, hunt for DA and re-trip reduction opportunities. RCA, MIM reporting and analytics. Problem managers are responsible for dealing with a wide range of situations.
