About this opportunity

Problem Management ensures identification of problems and performs Root Cause Analysis. It also ensures that recurring incidents are minimized, and problems can be prevented. Problem Management comprises of activities required to diagnose the root cause of the incident and to determine the resolution to those problems. Data driven approach using the data analytical skills to identify the data points in the network for corrective action.

 

What you will do:

Analytical Thinking & Data Analysis: Proficiency in gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Should be able to direct his team with his knowledge on how to derive and present gainful insights and value creation from incidents, ticketing, and alarm database.Advanced Problem-Solving: Analytical skills that enables to identify root causes and implement robust solutions quickly and efficiently.Problem Manager responsible for Reactive Problem Management which is executed as part of service operationProblem Management responsible for Proactive Problem Management initiated in service operation but generally driven as part of Continual Service ImprovementTracks the progress of all Problem Records to ensure they are actively moving through the Problem Management ProcessCritical Thinking:  Capability to critically evaluate information, considering multiple perspectives and potential impacts on the organizationComplex Network Management: The technical acumen to understand, manage, and troubleshoot issues across the complex and diverse areas, ensuring optimal problem management.Strategic Oversight and Risk Management: A strategic, big-picture view essential for foreseeing and mitigating risks under CORE domains before they escalate, ensuring business continuity.Program Driver: Leading AI/ML,  Automation and Efficiency programs under CORE domain and initiatives requires a proven track record.Stakeholder Management: Effective multiple stakeholders, representing Team, navigating complex organizational dynamics, and maintaining internal and external stakeholder confidence.Innovative Problem Resolution: Developing and implementing innovative solutions to prevent problem recurrence.Interdepartmental Cooperation: Collaborating with different domains and verticals in a Managed Service Telecom Operations Setup.Thorough Documentation: Ensuring comprehensive documentation of problems, solutions, and the entire problem management process.Knowledge Sharing: Facilitating the sharing of knowledge and insights gained from problem-solving experiences with the team.


The skills you bring:

Telecommunications network architecture, traffic concept, signalling and product functional demandsGood knowledge of CORE domains such as CS, PC, PCRF, PBN, IN, and Cloud their integration with networkGood knowledge of performance of CORE nodes & correlated domain impact/analysis for configurational parameters and their interpretation and useSupports Incident Management & Change Management process awareness and compliance

 

Academics and Experience

Qualifications: B-Tech/ B.E.Years of experience: 10+Certifications: ITILV4 foundation. Preferred: ITIL Service Operations.
