Job DescriptionMentor, train and develop associates as Problem Solving Leaders or Sponsors following a strategic thinking and structured method to find and eliminate technical and managerial root cause. Support Value Stream organizations as well by coaching Problem Solving Teams in order to fix critical and repetitive problems through Problem Solving
methodologies (8D, Shainin, KT, etc). Maintain and improve process required for the Celaya Plant Problem Solving activities
Working Experience:
• More than 3 years of experience in problem solving preferably in automotive industry
Key-Skills:
• Certified as Shainin Red X Journeyman, Red X Master preferred.
• Certified as Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Trained in PS methods (PS, 8D, Kepner tregoe, etc.)
• Logical and strategic thinking.
• Knowledge in descriptive statistics and statistical inference.
• Leadership/Communication/negotiation skills, high initiative, independent style of working, analytical approach, accountability/ reliability
Electronics, Mechatronic, Mechanic, Physics or Industrial Engineering
Activities:
o Coordinate the Project selection criteria base on Plant Indicators.
o Assure that the projects selected have the resources assigned (Leader, Sponsor, time, etc.)
o Coach Problem Solving technics and strategic thinking.
o Periodical project status review with sponsors and leaders.
o Keep and tracking Celaya plant personnel trained and certified in Problem Solving Methodologies.
o Track and report Problem Solving Projects (KPIs, Status, savings, next steps, etc.)
o Projects assessment to evaluate quality and time.
o Ensure Problem Solving process compliance with Bosch and customer standards.
o Responsible to ensure Problem Solving systems standardization within Celaya Plant
o Coaching 8Ds evaluation
o Communication with Lead Plants (LP), Centers of Competence (CoC) and competence networks (CN) in Bosch for process standardization and improvement
