Procedural Scheduler - FLOAT PERSONNEL

Responsible for physician patient schedules, monitoring of physician call schedule changes, cash management, and ACD (Automated Call Delivery) oversight.   Supports the training programs developed by the Site Operations Director/Reception Supervisor.  Supports the Site Operations Director/Reception Supervisor in all strategic goals developed to collaborate with the Business Office, Clinical Department and St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group.

Required qualifications:

2 years Experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Medical Assistant, Billing, or Front Office Management certification from an accredited vocational school. upon hire: Medical Assistant Certification (CMA 2 years Experience as a Receptionist Lead in an ambulatory or acute care setting. MS Word, Excel and IDX experience.
