The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.
We are open (7) days a week including some holiday's. This position is for a (24) hour work schedule that includes every weekend - Saturday and Sunday as well as weekdays.

Required Qualifications:
2 years working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting. Extensive and excellent customer service experience.Preferred Qualifications:
