Summary: Operates computerized diagnostic and interventional equipment to produce high quality imaging as directed by physician. Follow established protocols and standards of radiation protection. Assist radiologist / cardiologist/ vascular surgeon in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the special procedures/Cath lab or in surgery. Performs a variety of technical, diagnostic, therapeutic and patient care tasks for patients with cardiovascular disease using radiological and cardiovascular sciences. Responsibilities: Tasks performed include radiographic imaging, manipulation of equipment, use of intra-aortic balloon pump, hemodynamic monitoring and recording, appropriate documentation to support compliance and billing, patient preparation and post procedure care, procedure room set up and cleaning, and quality monitoring. **Other information:** Qualifications Hired candidates will be expected to obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Training and assessment opportunity will be offered by the organization.
