Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Scheduler for the Cardiac Services Non-Invasive department at Morristown Medical Center.  This position works onsite at Morristown Medical Center.  This is not a remote position.

 

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

Schedules and obtains all pertinent patient information to schedule NICVS procedures from patients & physician offices. Ensures that electronic orders/script are complete and appropriate diagnosis codes are included. Follows-up with physician practice staff for proper patient documents, demographics, scripts. Maintains a professional attitude and exhibits proper, professional phone etiquette. Organized, legible hand writing.

 

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Associates degree preferred

Minimum Experience:

Previous Customer Service experience Previous Medical experience preferred Previous Epic experience preferred Strong computer skills 1-2 years Operating Room experience

License/Certification:

BLS required
