This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and write clear, concise, and structured content, including procedures, RFPs, and proposals. + Ensure content accuracy, functionality, and compliance with organizational standards. + Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure comprehension of complex topics. + Edit, proofread, and format documents to ensure clarity and consistency. + Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. + Organize and maintain content libraries for easy access and updates. **Qualifications:** **Experience:** + Proven experience as a Content Writer, Procedure Writer, or RFP/Proposal Specialist. + Strong background in writing for business, technical, or financial sectors. **Skills:** + Exceptional written communication with a journalistic, matter-of-fact style. + Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality, accurate content. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. + Proficiency in editing and proofreading. **Preferred Experience:** + Prior experience managing RFPs and proposals. + Familiarity with Beeline or similar project management tools.
