Process Analyst
Job Title: Process Analyst Job Description Monitor the performance of the engineering organization's processes to maintain CMMI Level 3 Maturity. Ensure compliance with corporate engineering policies and develop new processes for the Messaging and Voice services within the NCE organization. Improve existing processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities + Monitor the performance of engineering processes to maintain CMMI Level 3 Maturity. + Ensure compliance with corporate engineering policies. + Develop new processes for the Messaging and Voice services within the NCE organization. + Improve existing processes for the organization. + Coordinate the engineering process development. + Perform organizational practices such as auditing, metrics training, and project closures. + Conduct data analysis and maintain detailed artifacts. + Chair meetings with engineering leaders and resolve issues. Essential Skills + Experience with ISO and CMMI practices. + Knowledge of Microsoft Office and engineering tools for ticketing, configuration management, and requirements development. + Experience in developing and optimizing workflow processes, particularly with respect to technical management. + Experience working directly with engineers and engineering managers with attention to process. + Experience in auditing, process documentation, and workflow definition. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS). + Strong communication skills. + Attention to detail. + Team collaboration. Work Environment Onsite 4 days a week in a team environment with cross-collaboration. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
