Kforce has a client that is seeking a Process Analyst in San Ramon, CA. Summary: This position will be responsible for executing the policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and validation of dealer performance metrics, investigating, and addressing breaches in thresholds, summarizing results in comprehensive recertification of dealerships. The Process Analyst will work with various constituencies including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other business partners to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): * Process Analyst develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs * Take generated reports and put together comprehensive reviews of dealership relationships * Makes recommendations on strategies to address underperforming dealers * Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders * Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues * As a Process Analyst, you will design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards * Leads or participates in defining the change/communication plan designed to positively influence or change behavior, develops tailored messaging; and identifies appropriate distribution channel * Develops and documents processes, procedures, etc. and/or end-user materials * As a Process Analyst, you will build effective relationships and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders * Ensures alignment between stakeholders * Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations * Assists with training and transition of processes and tools/templates to appropriate process owners
