Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Process Analyst in Plano, TX!** Pay rate: $ 21.23/hr Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 9a-5p (Hybrid) **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and don’t forget to upload your resume!** Our ideal candidate must be able to: + Data Intake and Processing: + Regularly monitor and retrieve data from Tableau and Google Forms. + Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. + Salesforce Operations: + Utilize Salesforce to search for existing records matching the incoming data. + Create new records in Salesforce for unmatched submissions, accurately populating required fields. + Update existing records as needed to maintain data integrity. + Communication and Coordination: + Use a template to provide relevant information about the processed submissions via email + Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or concerns regarding the data and processes. + Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions. Education/Certification Requirements: + High School Diploma or equivalent Experience requirements: + Proficient with Salesforce, including data entry, record creation, and search functions + Excellent knowledge of G-suite applications, such as google forms and sheets and proficient with Excel + Strong attention to detail + Ability to follow procedures and guidelines + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Strong communication skills + Ability to run process consistently and repeatedly Note: **This role is an onsite role, must live in/near Plano, TX** **Pay Details:** $21.23 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
