Process Analyst Job ID 6251 Location SLAC - Menlo Park, CA Full-Time Regular **SLAC Job Postings** **Position overview:** **SLAC's Business Services Division (BSD) seeks a Process Analyst who is detail-oriented and is a dependable self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join the SLAC Controller's Office.** **You will have the opportunity to apply a variety of skills ranging from preparing financial transactions, evaluation controls and compliance with government accounting requirements, and supporting process improvement projects within the department as well as ad-hoc projects across the Business Services Division.** **You will provide management decision support using PeopleSoft, SQL, and Excel-based tools.** **This position is expected to maintain an effective and engaged working relationship across all finance functions at SLAC.** **The ideal candidate is skilled in balancing customer service and support with controls and compliance.** **SLAC is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) laboratory operated by Stanford University and based in Menlo Park, CA. Given the nature of this position, SLAC is open to on-site and hybrid work options.** **Note** **: This is a two-year fixed-term appointment with the possibility of extension or conversion to a regular- continuing position.
