As a Process Analyst within our Fraud & FinCrime Operations department you will work closely with our Process Manager - Fraud & FinCrime Operation to help make sure we are performing across all our functional areas and ensure we embed change well in the operation. You will analyse performance data and provide insight to help us improve our overall performance, customer experience and business engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring that we are ready for key changes and to understand and improve our performance for both customer and fraud operation.
Job Responsibilities
Supporting the Process Manager Fraud & FinCrime Operations to drive transformation across all functions by designing, developing, implementing, and overseeing tasks within the Fraud Operation, ensuring processes, tools and reporting are compliant with regulations and the firm wide policy. Tracking and presenting findings in Fraud & FinCrime Operations performance and identifying opportunities to improve. Investigating areas of interest identified through insights and queries from key stakeholders to provide true insights. Pulling and analysing data to identify trends and support functional reporting. Working with key stakeholders across all areas of the business as required on various initiatives. Support the embedding of change across all Fraud & FinCrime Operations. Building out Monthly Business Review insight packs, in line with functional key messages for senior leadership.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Excellent analytical and research skills, detail oriented. Interface between Service Infrastructure, Change, Quality, Marketing and Planning. Stakeholder management including with Divisional Leads and Planning Team. Previous experience working within Banking/Financial Service institution in a fraud related role. Strong time management skills, self-directing and capable of dealing with high pressure, as well as time sensitive tasks. Keen interest in reporting, analysis, and insight of data trends. Fluent in German and English.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ability to analyse large and various data sources. Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Risk Management. Knowledge of the German regulatory framework and best practice regarding fraud prevention.
