Kforce has a client in San Ramon, CA that is seeking a Process Analyst - RV/Marine Dealer Management Program. Summary: In this role, the Process Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and executing the policies and procedures for the Dealer Management program covering 2,400 RV and Marine dealerships. This includes but is not limited to monitoring and validation of dealer performance metrics, investigating and addressing breaches in thresholds, summarizing results in comprehensive recertification of dealerships, and compiling Dealer Management metrics into comprehensive report deck. The Process Analyst will work with various constituencies including Sales, Risk, Compliance, and other business partners to achieve business objectives.
