Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Drive continuous improvement in productive processes, ensuring quality, safety, environmental standards, and efficiency;Conduct cost-benefit analyses, prepare capacity studies, and provide technical support to production areas with robust documentation to support production standards;Approve production equipment, implement corrective actions and analyze new product development impacts on investments;Plan and support DFMA workshops, risk analyses (D-FMEA, P-FMEA), and supplier selection based on technical project requirements (lead time, quality, investment, risk);Coordinate factory setups, validate production equipment, and ensure compliance with Bosch standards;Monitor production and post-SOP (start of production) to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE);Identify Industry 4.0 opportunities and integrate them into production equipment and KPI systems.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a similar field;

Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in process optimization or related roles;

Know-How:

Knowledge on technical content of P-FMEA, Machine Approval Process (APEQ), MAE Approval, A3, 8D, Investment Planning & Controlling, Sample Production and Equipment Final Approval, Stamping, Machining, Copper and Assembly processes;Knowledge of Digitalization and Industrial Automation is a plus;

Languages: Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus);

Working Style and Methods: Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving;

Personality: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and resilience.
