Inviting applications for the role of Repair Order Support Analyst

Genpact is seeking analytical, motivated, collaborative, and enterprising individuals to create and manage assigned order transaction types, scan quotes and other relevant documents, run reports to manage daily work and to give business updates on repair opportunities, open orders, and historical trends.

Individuals are required to be focused, have great diligence, be able to prioritize tasks and work as a team towards deadlines and task resolution.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for routing out customer owned material to various repair vendors based on the part demand set by the business Platform Managers and sourcing agreement (from teardown, warehouse, and consignment material)

· Work with finance to ensure quote amounts and invoice amounts match for reconciliation in the appropriate systems

· Aero derivatives support – Engine Teardowns, PO’s and routing out customer owned material to various repair vendors

· Manage aged orders with vendors along with closing out scrap repair orders

· Book all transactions, run reports to manage daily work and to give customers and business owners updates for open orders and historical trends.

· Ensure vendors are quoting at contract agreements, approving vendor quotes provided by GE Platform Manager’s guidelines and meeting TAT commitments.

· Communicate missed and/or potential vendor contract commitment misses.

· Request updated certifications and documentation with repair vendors.

· Ensure hardware has adequate trace and internal tracking systems are current

· Build vendor relationships to maintain service levels for pricing and TAT’s.

· Process USM Web App transfers and non-Web App Purchase Orders following the assigned guidelines provided by the client Platform Managers (CSA Spinoff).

· Monitor open orders to ensure vendors are meeting TAT along with managing aged orders with vendors

· Reporting, special projects and programs assigned by business.

· Collecting, managing, and scanning required trace documentation for assigned incoming parts when needed. May require physical walking to warehouse.

· Reconciliation of consigned material and sales for partner companies

· Accommodate 'Reporting' responsibility

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

· High School Graduate or higher

· Experience with transaction processing, preferably order management.

· Years of experience in an office environment.

· Good Writing/Email skills (MS Outlook) – email management.

· Good Interpersonal, Time Management Planning skills

Preferred qualifications

· Experience of working on ERP, Order entry, Vendor interactions

· Supply Chain Knowledge (Aviation or Repairs are a bonus)

· MS Excel, beginner to intermediate

· Interactions with Leadership teams internal and customers
