Overview

We’re looking for a Process Automation Engineer to join our team.

 

The Process Automation Engineer works with the Revenue Department leadership and teams to research, identify, design, program, simulate and test automated processes in order to complete tasks utilizing various forms of technology. Primary responsibilities include creating, documenting, maintaining and executing scalable, high performance automated coverage solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, reduce operating expenses and increase capacity.

 

The Automation Engineer is expected to have a passion for replicable, structured approaches to automation and a desire to collaborate with users and stakeholders in the creation of automation processes.

About You Bachelor's degree in engineering or IT field with focus on system automation or area of functional responsibility preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.Advanced computer skills, literacy, & proficiency.Experience in process management, governance and methodology.RPA Governance experience preferred.Automation Anywhere certification preferred.Visio and/or SQL experience a plus.
