Process Automation Sr Manager
As the Operations Delivery & Automation Manager, you will work to set the strategy and vision for end-to-end processes that start and end with the customer experience. You will focus on defining targets and goals as it relates to the automation of manual processes and focus on process improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of business solutions and will define the appropriate metrics and measurements to use to address performance of the implemented solutions. You will be an escalation point for team members in relation to technology support issues, opportunities for automation and continuous improvement strategies. This individual must have strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
Primary responsibilities include
• Responsible for understanding high-level business challenges and overseeing the analysis to provide recommendations to mitigate these challenges using advanced technologies and automation.
• Determines the ultimate decision for a business solution by understanding current state and how the process improvement solution will be implemented for success.
• Understands the impact of any issues that may arise and ensures the team is able to support and mitigate the risk of disruption.
• Formulates and defines scope and objectives through research and factfinding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
• Direct experience developing, or leading the development of, robotic process automation is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred but not required.
• Six Sigma certification is preferred but not required.
• Project Management experience and/or certification is preferred but not required.
Hours & Work Schedule
• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: M-F, 8am to 4:30pm
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $ 155,241 - $ 232,862 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
