This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities                                              
Your specific duties as a Process Coach will include:          Compensation (Range):  / hour:$28.50 - $29.50 Process Coach Position (Supervisor) role for Michigan Assembly Plant Stamping plant. Must be motivated person who would be responsible to oversee a team of UAW employees i a Stamping environment. Process Coach would be responsible to administer payroll, monitor production and lead a production team.

As a Process Coach you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.  It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Computer basics Knowledge of leading a team Have a safety minded approach to manufacturing Lead cost and quality improvements To be able to adapt to a changing work environment Supervisory knowledge Microsoft Office Leading a team Process Improvement Education Required: High School diploma Some college or a degree
