Process Consultant
Description Our client is rewriting all of their monitoring activities to more clearly articulate they're responsible for reviewing. Essentially, they are creating a better script for what all of their monitoring activities entail, clearer documentation, etc. This group they are hiring will be coming in behind the team that writes those scripts/procedures, and performing testing/QA to ensure that they are achieving their purpose in accordance to the verbiage being determined by regulators. These roles are critical to implementing updates to our Monitoring Program and will conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control for over 3500 GCOR owned Monitoring activities. Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Bank Risk Management is preferred as well has having a Financial Services bkgrd . + Experience being a risk officer, understand Compliance and Operational Risk, understands process engineering and change management. + Experience performing quality assurance/quality control and is a strong verbal and written communicator + Their reporting is run through Tableau and their reports are housed in SharePoint, so having experience with those will be very beneficial. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52.08 - $52.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
