Ecolab is searching for a driven for future opportunities within our Distributor Finance team in Pune, India.
The Process & Control Experienced Analyst is responsible for uploads and verifies Sell-Out Data reports provided by distributors, which includes applying the EBS standard format, performing error resolution analysis in the system and posting.

What You Will Do:
Upload, process and post Sell-Out Data into the SAP system monthly
Effectively manages the processes to consistently deliver timely high-quality results that meet or exceed service levels
Demonstrate urgency to resolve issues, escalate them when needed
Solve ad-hoc issues and escalate work order discrepancies
Demonstrate understanding of importance and follow Sell-Out Data Team controls
Act as a Sell-Out Data related expert to other departments of Ecolab
Participate in Sell-Out Data process as a country primary contact point
Use sound judgment in decisions and interactions with internal and external customers
Suggest procedural changes to improve productivity
Test system when needed
Contribute with personal input to sell-out data controls and procedures
Support external units' projects when needed
Work closely with multiple departments to gather sell-out data information and coordinate process flow
Ensure proper information flow between all stakeholders in the process
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years of relevant professional experience, with analysis and problem-solving skills
Degree in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience
Previous experience in international environment
Advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
Strong command of English in speaking and writing
Proficient command of other European language (French, German, Italian, Dutch) is an asset
Sound knowledge of Ecolab’s policies & procedures related to area of responsibility
Sound knowledge of Ecolab’s products and services
Understanding interconnections of Sell-Out Data processes with other processes within EMEA
