Description
Responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment used to monitor and control machinery and processes. Ensure that these systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently, and safely. • Designing and developing new control systems • Testing, maintaining, and modifying existing systems • Providing technical guidance for Engineers, Technicians, and Operators • Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff • Project management within cost and time constrained environments • Troubleshooting and problem-solving • Recommending reliability improvements • Specifying and purchasing equipment • Assisting in the development and maintenance of Process Control Narratives • Developing and maintaining a 5-year rolling plan to upgrade and maintain process control equipment • Developing and programming process control logic in DCS, PLC, VFDs, and SCADA systems • Accepting responsibility and a level of accountability commensurate with the seniority of the position • Training engineers, maintenance personnel, and plant operators in the areas of process controls

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
11% bonus potentialrelocation assistance, lump sum payment (taxable) on first paycheck, up to 15k
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Gonzales,TX.
