Job Description

To perform a variety of clerical duties to support the operations assigned to the unitAchieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients (optimising revenue opportunities) or by acquiring new clientsManage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficienciesDeliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsCultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff membersManage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leadsResolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines.Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related informationComply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirementsDevelop process and product enhancements to increase efficiencies for the business unitSupport Key Account Managers (KAM) with their day-to-day tasksSupport Key Account Support Team (Trainers and Engineers)Liaise with Business Co-ordinator for parking requirements and out of town accommodation requirements.Provide accurate and reliable statistics.Manage own development to increase own competenciesJob Details
