Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – FCRM – Fraud Alert Management
As a Fraud Alert Management Associate, you will monitor transactions for potentially fraudulent activity in an effort to minimize financial losses to consumers, client banks and client due to bad actors engaged in unlawful behavior. The Fraud Alert Management Associate requires an ability to ensure decisions and actions taken are well-supported through notes updates.
Responsibilities:
· A successful candidate will remain up to date on changing fraud trends.
· When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalates to appropriate resource.
· Meets job standards such as quality standards and adherence to schedules.
· Debit, Credit, Prepaid Debit, ATM, and Health Care Fraud Support focus:
Verifies authorizations via return emails from cardholders.
Contacts financial institutions regarding suspicious cardholder activities.
· Participates in special project or requests made by management.
· Responsible for ensuring adherence to all operations and compliance procedures.
· Requires flexibility in scheduling to meet department demands.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications
· Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
· Knowledge of principles, processes, procedures and trends related to fraudulent activities, and measures taken for fraud prevention.
· Effective probing root cause analysis skills
· Working knowledge of MS Office, e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic computer navigation and operation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands.
· Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· This position requires 24/7, 365 days a year coverage. Candidate must have the willingness and ability to work second and third shifts, as well as weekends, to meet business needs.
Preferred qualifications
· Experience in banking and/or credit, debit, and prepaid card processes.
· Experience in live-chat roles and/or inbound/outbound calling.
· Knowledge of fraud applications and systems, such as Falcon, Data Navigator, and CMSe is a plus.
