Responsibilities: Responsible for the manufacturing of highly sophisticated communication products for the professional and mission critical markets in the commercial, government and industrial segments Work with customer / RND to manage for the success implementation of NPR. Perform line balancing, improve productivity, reduce cycle time and reduce CoPQ in production. Generate and maintain the documents such as manufacturing BOM, Engineering Change Order (ECO), Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS) and pilot report. Apply sound engineering knowledge in the trouble shooting product failure, produce failure analysis report and perform corrective action. Provide technical support to value stream team in order to achieve business and quality indices. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Mechanical / Manufacturing engineering with 2~5 years working experience. Working experience in PCB assembly or box-build assembly manufacturing. Knowledge in plastic molding, sheet metal stampings, castings, rubber and elastomers, latest display technology and electro-mechanical components would be an added advantage. Experience in jig and fixture design, and ability to utilize latest CAD tools such as Pro/Engineer. Well verse with statistical tools Willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
