Process Engineer
Job Title: Process Engineer Job Description As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and resolving mechanical issues of equipment in the Controlled Classified Production areas, including the aseptic fill isolator and all automated single-use process equipment. Your primary role will involve operating the automated robotic aseptic fill isolator for 2nd and 3rd shift operations. You will communicate issues to the support team and perform troubleshooting with engineering and vendor support to quickly resolve issues and resume operations. Additionally, you will assist production management in coordinating process activities to ensure efficient, timely, and smooth operations. Your responsibilities also include adhering to cGMPs, SOPs, batch record processing steps, and site safety policies, reviewing manufacturing batch records, and assisting with deviation and investigation write-ups. Hard Skills + Experience with automation and/or robotics + Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills + Understanding of PLC coding and ladder logic + Previous experience working in clean room or controlled critical areas (Grade A/B, C, D or ISO5, 7, 8) Soft Skills + Strong communication skills + Ability to coordinate and manage timely processes + Proactive problem-solving attitude Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Parsippany, New Jersey. Work Environment This role primarily operates during the 2nd Shift from 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday to Friday, with potential shifts during the 3rd shift depending on production needs. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Uro-oncology Manufacturing and working alongside 2-3 operators.
