Your role and responsibilitiesThe work model for the role is onsite. #LI-OnsiteThe role is contributing to the Process Automation business area.Relocation assistance will be provided for this position.You will be mainly accountable for:Auditing existing manufacturing processes for accuracyCreating new manufacturing processes and work instructionsAssisting operations by designing test fixtures and jigsDesigning facility layouts to improve existing work cells or implementation of new workProviding ergonomic and safety assessments of existing work cellsIdentifies & implements improvement opportunities, ensuring adherence to on time delivery, quality and cost
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or Associates / technical degree with 7+ years relevant experience preferably in manufacturing or industrial engineering5 years relevant experience Experience in a manufacturing setting a plusSound experience of engineering techniques, processes, and tools, including SAP, Catia, and CAD or SOLIDWORKSWorking knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, SQL DB, coding, and reporting is a plusHigh level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologiesCollaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skillsUp to 15% domestic travel, international travel rare but may be requiredWe are unable to sponsor an employment visa at this time for this role.
