Implementing processes to assist dealers and activities regarding FSA related concerns. •Develop Recall/ASO/PSL Recall Program Dashboard within Qlik •Develop Recall Metrics within Qlik •Complete System Development for Closing Recalls for OTA (Over The Air) Updates •Creation of the Field Review Committee Summary Debriefs after every FRC Meeting •Creation of Recall Reporting in GCAMP Skills Required: Analytical Data Oriented Familiar with Coding and Database Development Self Starter Organized Ambitious Skills Preferred: Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
