Process Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Product Design Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. Please let me know if you are interested in this opportunity. Job Title: Process Engineer Location: Oceanside, CA Department: Engineering Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 Key Responsibilities: * Design & Development: Design and modify product parts and systems using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor). Ensure designs meet functional requirements and improve existing features. * Manufacturing Transition: Partner with employees across different departments to transfer new product designs to manufacturing efficiently. * Quality & Compliance: Ensure product development adheres to Quality System requirements. * Process Improvement: Collaborate with the process engineering manager on production data analysis and implement process improvements in manufacturing. * Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including memos, work instructions, procedures, bill of materials, engineering drawings, and material specifications. * Innovation & Patents: Develop and test innovative experimental designs. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience & Certificates: * Education & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with at least 4 + years of related experience, preferably with manufacturing exposure. Water industry experience is a plus.
