As the Process Engineer, you will serve as the site expert for plant technical issues by providing proactive analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve process or equipment failures within the plant. You will develop equipment knowledge to become the subject matter expert in reviewing and preparing operating procedures and supporting skill development. This role involves driving continuous technical improvements, monitoring and managing critical process performance, and collaborating with on-site teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop in-depth equipment knowledge to become the subject matter expert for reviewing and preparing operating procedures and supporting skills development.Drive continuous technical improvements by collaborating with on-site teams to monitor and manage critical process performance.Participate in hazard analyses and scope development for capital projects.Monitor and report on process performance, product costs, and operational logistics.Prepare and audit scopes of work, estimates, schedules, and equipment specifications.Evaluate vendor proposals and designs, exercising effective judgment regarding functionality, cost, and timing.Support the introduction of new products and technologies to the plant, interfacing with global teams, including R&D.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineeringWilling to learn processes to help drive improvementsWorking knowledge of process improvement, process design, and optimization processes and procedures.
