Job Title: Process Engineer Job Description Actalent is seeking an Industry 4.0 knowledgeable individual who can assess and engage with suppliers on the integration of automation and data exchange in manufacturing. This role directly impacts suppliers for one of the largest Naval Submarine Programs, ensuring the superiority of our nation's Navy. You will demonstrate expertise in Industry 4.0 concepts, ideas, and machinery to lead more efficient and productive manufacturing in the Maritime Industrial Base. In this role, day-to-day tasks may include: - Assessing the MIB in its adoption of Industry 4.0 and understanding overall challenges faced by submarine suppliers - Interfacing with MIB suppliers to understand their environment and integration of Industry 4.0 concepts - Working with the MIB team, which is spread across the U.S., focusing on workforce development, strategy, and technology developments - Developing relationships with local and regional workforce and economic development organizations - Traveling to regional entities to meet with local stakeholders and suppliers about Industry 4.0 Hard Skills + Industry 4.0 + Artificial Intelligence + Machine Learning + Manufacturing Process About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
