1.    Introduce new production in early versions and make samples
2.    Follow up production procedure 
3.    Analyses and solve quality problems during production procedure.
4.    Launch new products 3P, analyses new products feasibility and reliability, provide improvement suggestions
5.    Edit and update WI and PFMEA.
6.    Provide training about products to operators.
Develop products Flow Chart and offer kinds of validation
Review new products 3P, analyses new products feasibility and reliability.
Analyses, follow up and solve quality issues during production procedure, decrease the rejection rate in production procedure.
Follow up ECN and PCN of all products.
Edit and update PFMEA.
Edit and update WI.
Provide training to production engineering technicians and related operators in production procedure. 
Do trial-production for materials in all side and complete the trial reports.
 

1. College degree or above, majored in electronic or related.
2. More than 5 years experience in similar position 

 

3. Good communication skill
4. Good English, be able to listen, read, speak and write.
