Kforce has a client that is seeking a Process Engineer in Spring, TX. Responsibilities: * Definition, design, implementation of vertical and horizontal ITIL framework and ITSM processes * Understand the Services, Services Providers, and the Services metrics- SLAs, KPI associated with various processes associated from Service management point of view * Process Engineer will ensure various process standards and designs are created, updated on periodic basis working closely with the respective Process Owners and Stakeholders * Analysis of the IT Metrics, draw inferences and engineer service improvement processes to increase speed, quality and reduce costs of IT infrastructure deployments * Drive meetings, interactions with Services teams and to improve the quality of services, metrics data and reporting * Feed process engineering workflows into templates for technical writing documentation to fulfill infrastructure team requirements * As a Process Engineer, you will develop/enhance an audit framework for Service Delivery processes to address gaps and improve Maturity * Participate in audits, Services reviews and provide inputs on improving effect
