Job Title: Process Engineer

Job Description

Analyze process reliability and develop and implement process changes to improve this measure.

Write and modify batch sheets (Pilot Plant or Production) for assigned processes for new or existing products, detailing in adequate detail the processing steps and key parameters to ensure process reliability and capability while following established procedures.

Submit recommendations for process changes or equipment modifications to improve manufacturing methods.

Improve product capability (CPK) of assigned products within process areas and investigate and implement corrective action on out-of-control products.

Ensure all PSM requirements are met.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Inman, South Carolina.

Work Environment

This candidate will be on a smaller team (of about 8) but there are a total of 200 onsite. The work environment is an open office type setting. The candidate needs to be flexible, which could include some local travel to plants in the area with minor overnight travel (>10%).
