Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer you will be responsible to update current and develop new processes, trainings for our manufacturing department. The Process Engineer is a key technical role responsible for the implementation and stabilization of all manufacturing processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•    Develop safe manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; collaborating with equipment suppliers;
•   Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers;
•   Develop manufacturing processes to meet product requirements and tests manufacturing methods while developing training and evaluation guideline for assembly technicians;
•   Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing info                                              •  Drive, supervise and implement continuous improvement ideas and activities at the organization level. 
•   Research and build new methods of manufacturing processes and make recommendations to achieve maximum production capacity and efficiency;                                                                                                       •Conduct and detail 5s activity.                                                                                                                     •Implement and maintain a metrology tracking system to ensure calibration requirements are met, ensure calibrations are accurate, timely and effective                                                                                                 •Represent assembly department in all audits (internal, ISO, ATEX/IECEx)

For This Role, You Will Need:
•   University degree in electrical or engineering or automation/automotive field
•   Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing engineering support in a manufacturing setting;
•   Experience in implementing and supporting Lean Manufacturing practices;


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 
•   Experience in technical related areas (ATEX);
•   Good knowledge of Engineering and Design programs such as AutoCAD/Auto CAD Electrical;
•   Knowledge about MS Office package;
•   Languages: English language skills – B2 minimum
