Due to increased customer demand Danfoss Sensing Solutions is establishing new Sensor production lines in Apodaca, Mexico. For our Sensor growth journey, we are searching for Process Engineers to be a part of a new established team. As Process Engineer you will play a key role in installing, running in and ramping up our new A2L Refrigerant Detection Sensor production cells including working out all necessary production related documentation.
After releasing and stabilizing the production cells you will be responsible for continuous improvements related to OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), First Pass Yield (quality) and productivity (cost).
Future tasks will include introduction of new product variants on the above equipment and participate in releases of new production lines.
You will work with state-of-the-art processes and be a part of a global team cooperating with colleagues across country borders and cultures. This position includes travel activities and 8-10 weeks training and onboarding in Germany.

Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing or Engineering, or relevant technical experience from a similar position Min. 3 Years of operational experience working with mass production & LEAN manufacturing Preferrable including transfer and implementation of new production equipment Preferrable experience with relevant production processes like screw- and ultrasonic welding-joints of plastic parts Has a Can Do mindset, and is willing to set the standards also on the shopfloor solving challenges together with Operators and Maintenance Like to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams with high level of activities and dynamic Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and in writing Six Sigma Green belt preferred IATF 16949 methods and processes Employee BenefitsWe are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment:
