Position Objectives:

Determines the optimal manufacturing methods and processes for producing company products from start-up, building the product line, through satisfactory production. This includes analyzing engineering design documents to establish manufacturing methods and processes to manufacture a component, creating conceptual sketches and initiating the design and building of required tooling.  Roles that drive improvement to product cost, quality and performance by utilizing Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for establishing and improving the manufacturing process,

Design fixtures, tools and non-standard equipment. Improve tooling and test rig.

Set SAP technical routing, audit BOM, procedure, and work time.

Coordinate with other departments to solve production technical problems in site.

Advise improvement plan of design, equipments and environment per manufacturing condition.

Cooperate with design engineer to develop new products.

Training the operators.

 Following and abiding by all EHS policies and procedures. Report potential hazards and safety accident, Maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. Finish other assignments .

Position Qualification Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and hydraulic engineering or related.

Above 5 years experience in machinery plant is required

Knowledge of Lean conversion is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Good ability in communication and solving problem. Teamwork spirits and high sense of responsibility. Be familiar with manufacturing technologies and related standards. Skillful in CAD.
