Job Description

Framebridge is looking for an innovative, hands-on, solutions oriented Process Engineer.  In this role you will lead the charge to refine, rebuild, and implement the Framebridge lean manufacturing system in our plants by developing and implementing process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines while championing safety, efficiency, and quality. You won’t just identify opportunities; you’ll lead the charge in eliminating them through data-driven solutions and innovative thinking.

In addition, the Process Engineer will be a:

Master of Efficiency: Optimize production time and processes without compromising on safety and quality. 

Data Warrior: Use our manufacturing system data to identify opportunities for improvement.  Utilize your analytical powers to find and eliminate waste, bringing us closer to a zero-loss environment.

Standards Guru: Develop and manage operating standards that drive excellence in daily tasks while coaching operators and leaders to execute flawlessly.

Problem-Solving Jedi: Lead daily problem-solving efforts. You'll be the go-to expert and partner for identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and delivering rapid, effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement Architect: Work with the VP of Continuous Improvement and plant leadership to identify, build and drive system improvements that ensure stable and efficient operations.

Lean Warrior: Train, coach, and inspire our team to embrace a lean mindset, turning every obstacle into an opportunity for improvement.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certifications and/or trainings preferred

5+ years of process/industrial engineering experience in complex, high mix, high volume, job shop environments.  

Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and tools like Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).

Comfortable with software such as tools like OSI PI, PowerApps, Domo, PowerBI, and O365.

Travel to support all manufacturing operations, up to 50%
